At UrbanEdge, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Item must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
• Certain items like underwear, swimwear, and personalized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return an Item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Sale items are eligible for refund unless marked as "Final Sale"
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• If the item you want is not available, we will issue a refund instead
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange
• We will cover the shipping costs to send the new item to you
